Random disconnects / reboots from modem
Hello!
This has been an issue that has persisted everyday for nearly a month, I have a tech scheduled out tomorrow and just using this as a paper trail for future reference. I understand (from reading past forum threads that others have had and reading what EG as typed out) that my levels are out of spec. Hoping to have the tech figure that out as I've already tried fixing and messing around with my splitters and replaced all the cables in the household.

Yep. You have a marginal to poor connection quality condition. Show your topic here to the tech (if they will even bother to look)........
Also. Bear in mind that if the premises facing techs can not find or fix a problem at your home, it is they who are responsible for escalating it to their line / network / maintenance dept. techs. The problem may lie beyond your home in the local neighborhood infrastructure somewhere but it is their S.O.P. to start at the home. And if the problem is found to be on their side of the demarcation point, there will not be any charge.

Good morning!
Tech guy just left, he installed a new splitter, ran a new line and told me that the cables outside were very rustic and got messed up due to the crazy weather my area has been having the past month. I'll see what happens within the next few weeks after but as of right now everything looks perfect.
