random disconnects | lags [2nd house]

Second House more disconnects and lag.

 

Here is the current equipment I have and also the pictures of the connection status and event log.

 

Modem: Arris SB8200

Router: Netgear Nighthawk

Xfinity Package: Gigabit Internet [Only Internet]
