Random devices and Being Paused

Random devices been popping up in the connected devices up to 36 which I only own 6. WiFi always being paused and it shows up unpaused in my app. Other people with the same WiFi plan but there separate network can see my devices and paused them. Looking for a solution that can resolve this. Getting to a point where I can’t enjoy my services without interruption.
