Radio Frequency Interfernce across all band

I am reporting broadband radio-frequency interference apparently originating from Comcast outside-plant equipment , possibly an amplifier, adjecent to a utility pole on Knaus Rd across from Alto Park Rd in Lake Oswego, OR. Using a portable AM receiver with a ferrite loopstick and telescoping whip and a fixed rotatable directional antenna, I obtained repeatable directional peaks and nulls that localize the interference to the Comcast enclosure or attached hardline coax. The interference is observable from approximately 500 kHz through at least 28 MHz and affects licensed amateur-radio reception, on all Amateur bands.  Please create an outside-plant maintenance ticket and refer it to the network-maintenance/RF-leakage team.
