Question about port forwarding

Due to resetting my modem (per a different post which majorly messed up my networking) I have to remove a wifi router I had. So, I need to activate port forwarding on my Xfinity router. Problem is, the cameras are old enough the modem doesn't see them. Is there a way to manually setup forwarding to a specific IP address, not a device on the network?
