Public hotspot nearby not working

I am trying to connect to an Xfinity public hotspot but it is not connecting. The login page never pops and the little icon only spins forever and nothing happens. We are waiting to transfer our internet here to our new house and the meantime we were hoping to connect to two public hotspots that you make available but no success. Please help.
