PS5 unable to connect to PlayStation Network on Xfinity

PS5 unable to connect to PlayStation Network on Xfinity! What is the issue with Xfinity connection when testing we 512 Mb Download and 28 Mb Upload!!?? And we have the 2000 Gb Fastest network costing $100 a month! This is unacceptable!

@user_5uyad7 Thank you for your post! Are you connecting via Ethernet or Wi-Fi? Keep in mind that hardware limitations will keep you from seeing the full 2000 Gbps on most devices. Can you tell me what type of troubleshooting you have to done to get connected to PSN?

I was using WiFi. Honestly, I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot the Xfinity device that I am renting from Xfinity, at $100 a month, and it’s clearly not able to connect to the PSN when more than two devices are connected at once, which is simply unacceptable.

If only a single PC and PS5 are connecting via WiFi then the PS5 is able to connect to the PSN. Every device has been updated to the latest software and the devices were working just fine when we use on US Internet 🛜…but since we moved to north Loop and have to use Xfinity in this area, then only two devices can be connected to WiFi for PS5 to connect to PSN! This just a joke.
