Ps5 Connectivity issues

I have multiple gaming consoles hooked up to the wifi right now, but one is refusing to connect, I have checked if it’s pause(it’s not) I have did everything to try to fix it and it’s been 9 days.

@user_qgbfrx Thanks for posting,  Since it’s isolated to just the PS5 and has been ongoing for several days, that usually points to either a device-specific setting or how it’s interacting with the network rather than a full service issue.

A few things that tend to resolve this:

  • Remove the WiFi network from the PS5 and reconnect fresh (don’t reuse saved settings)
  • Restart both the PS5 and the modem/router at the same time
  • Check if the PS5 is trying to connect to a specific band (2.4GHz vs 5GHz) and switch it manually
  • If you’re using any sort of advanced setup (like a mesh system or gateway features), try temporarily simplifying the connection to test
  • As a quick test, see if it connects using a wired Ethernet connection
