Ps4 connection

As of lately, my ps4 will not connect to the new gateway with xfi. The gateway reads that its connected but the game system gives back and error code as well as keeps asking for proxy code. Can anyone please help me issue just started 2 weeks ago. Will switching back to the older model router fix issue?
