Provisioning Bottleneck

I am subscribed to the 1200 Mbps Gigabit Extra tier in a Next-Gen upgrade market. I own a Netgear Nighthawk CM2050V. The modem is successfully updated to firmware version V10.01.03, which supports the Next-Gen mid-split speeds. However, my speeds are hard-capped at 400 Mbps down and 30 Mbps up. It appears my modem's MAC address is stuck on a legacy fallback boot file. Can an agent please manually reprovision my device, clear the stuck rate-tier profile, and push the correct Next-Gen Gigabit Extra boot file?"
