Profile Losing Connection
The past couple of days my son will be using the internet and all of a sudden it will stop working for him and then both kids. I can continue to connect. I re-started the gateway a couple of times and he could connect for a few minutes or not at all. In the morning everything was fine. After school he was on for maybe an hour and same thing. When I deleted his device from his profile (Xfi app) and added it to mine it worked. When I deleted his profile totally his devices started working. This is an issue because I stop and start his internet using a profile on the app.
