Problems with xfinity gateway
Hello,
I think I have a faulty gateway, because it disconnects from internet at random. Additionally, today it wouldn't let me access internet even after restarting it from 10.0.0.1 (it wouldn't even activate 5ghz WiFi), then I pluged it off and it wasn't working even with the lights looking correct. Then, I talked with an agent. He said that he could connect to the gateway using your tools but I had no internet.
Then, he told me that other people would check it and I would receive a call in 60-90 minutes.
I think that the ones that took a look at it fixed the problem but I have not received any calls from them, what was the problem?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
