Pro WiFi extender
Setting up our pro WiFi extender and I scan the QR code and tells me that it’s sorry that it’s not working and it’s done it every single time we haven’t used it at all this is the first time so why isn’t it working?

Hello @user_d598fz there was a recent update that was needed for the Xfinity Pro Wi-Fi Extender. Are you able to reset your modem and extender again and re-try the activation?
