Printer HP Officejet 4630 can't connect
Hello,
I was using FIOS router wifi and my printer was connected. When I switched to Xfinity, we agreed with Xfinity tech to keep the same credentials for the wifi so all the devices remain connected. Everything works well except for the printer that can't connect to wifi.
I tried to unplug, new setup, still impossible to connect to Xfinity wifi (router).
I need help.

It may be because of one or two things, or both.
The two WiFi bands / SSID's have been combined into one. Some devices don't know how to see / talk to combined SSID's.
If you are not using any Xfi Pods, you can try separating the 2.4 and the 5.0 names and give them two different broadcast names / SSID's;

Associate the printer with the new 2.4 SSID (broadcast name) and password.
And, or this;
AFAIK the XB8 defaults to WPA3-Personal. HP printers and some other Wi-Fi devices only use WPA2.
Go into the Xfi app, click on connect, then click on "your network ", and then "view or edit wifi settings". Change "security settings" to WPA2. Good luck !
