printer (HP ENVY 5660) suddenly not connecting to wifi
Buen dia & thanx for your help & kindness today,
My printer ENVY HP 5660 had fine connection to xfinity wireless router but no longer.
When I try to reconnect it will not allow & sez MAC address filtering may be enabled on wireless router & I need to add the address to list of permitted devices.
Didn't have to do this before.
I went to admin tools but can't figger out how to do that.
PLEASE HELP, THANK YOU!

Thank you for connecting with us in our community, @Sweetestbaboon. We are sorry to hear about your printer not connecting to the Wi-Fi. Is your Wi-Fi connection at home on your other devices working properly? Is this the only device that is no longer connecting?

Please blot out the MAC address in your pic. It is considered to be personal information. The posting of personally identifiable information is a violation of their forum guidelines. The forum bot will not allow your post to be seen publically. It flagged your post as "Private".
