Hello...
 
I have been a customer with Xfinity since fall of 2012, I believe.  In that time my bill has gone from the $30 something range to now $68.  While I know the cost of everything has gone up, my bill has increased $5 for at least the last three years.
 
As you may know, there are other options out there, some seem better for less money per month.  Right now, I need a reason to not look into these options and to stay with Xfinity.
 
Please advise.
