Power to modem. Modem showing offline with no connection.

As the title says. This morning my internet went out. Went to check the status and it was showing my modem was offline though it had power and lights. Restarted the modem multiple times to no change in status. Also, I checked for outages and maintanence but there were no showing. It's been out for about 14hrs now.

I am having same issue. No one can come out til Saturday to look at it. Nothing will connect including my work computer and I have to work tomorrow. My door locks are smart locks and they can’t connect either. With no key I am unable to lock and unlock door to go anywhere. Can only contact through the chat and they just keep saying I have an appointment scheduled for Saturday. Not happy with Xfinity
