power line
I cannot believe the HORRIFIC service you all provide. I need to know who is ABOVE Xfinity to take legal action and make a complaint. For almost two months now I have been waiting on a technician to come bury the power/cable line they installed to restore my Wi-Fi. THE CABLE WIRE IS PRESENTING A SAFETY RISK TO CHILDREN WHO RUN THROUGH MY YARD. I have pleaded with them to get this handled. Every time I call, I talk to an "agent" who supposedly creates a work order. Then, guess what? No calls from a technician. I call again and am told no work order has been created. If anyone can assist, please help or let me know who to call to get something done about this.
