Possible ddos attack?

Can someone tell me if it's normal o have a firewall log on admin tool show over 2,000 blocked attempts from an unknown device- mac address shown but I don't know how to figure out anything about it etc. On this day in particular I had constant device and network trouble like dada and Wi-Fi constantly turning off by itself without explanation for over 24 hours and it would just not connect whatsoever any and all issue that you could think of was happening and there was no logical explanation other than outside interference
