Port-forwarding assigning wrong IP address to port.

Earlier today I was doing something with my computer and for some reason, the ipv4 address changed from 10.0.0.93 to 10.0.0.94, I didn't think much of it. Later that day I tried to set up port forwarding for the computer and it wasn't working.  I have been selecting the correct device to assign it to, but when I check what reserved IP address it is assigned to, it is 10.0.0.93, nothing on my network has this ipv4 address. How do I fix this? I have already "forgotten" the device from the gateway and reconnected it.
