port frowarding
just upgraded my modem from the Aris to Netgear CAX80. I am unable to get the port forwarding to work. I did the settings on the modem and the ports still are not open. Is there something Xfinity have to go from there end for it to work? I d

Sorry for this inconvenience. Are you receiving a "Port already Exist" error? When you are in the app are you able to see the equipment? Try logging out and clearing the app data then sign back in to see if that changes the port status on the new modem.
