port forwarding

I cannot find how to set up port forwarding on the app everything im finding is a different lay out and nothing is helping

The Article is exactly what is being tried with no results. If you have a modem/router Xfi gateway device you cannot access the port forwarding feature on your Admin panel through a web browser. It simply tells you to go to the app. When you set up a port in the app, it does nothing. The port doesn't open...
