port forwarding with my own router

ADT security service said I need to open ports for their gateway to work. UDP 53, UDP 123, TCP 80, TCP 443, TCP 554. I have tp-link AX3200. I opened port forwarding on the IP address of the ADT gateway.  They say can't see, and I need to open ports. My Cable Modem is SurfBoard SB8200.

Is there ports on Xfinity that need to be opened?

user_wpen72 Hello there! Thank you so much for your post on using port forwarding to connect your security system. We do help manage a few ports by blocking access for network security you can find those listed here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/list-of-blocked-ports None of the ports you listed are currently being blocked on our end. I would check out the steps here to make sure you have the ports correctly set up: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/port-forwarding-xfinity-wireless-gateway  make sure you are using the steps listed under: Set up port forwarding with the Admin Tool.
