Port Forwarding with MacBook Air

I've been trying to setup a port forward on my MacBook Air with no luck, using the Xfinity app, I always get the same 'We're Having Some Trouble, check back later' message.

Yet, when I use my work laptop which is a Windows based Hewlett Packard, the Xfinity app sets it up no problem.

Is there a setting I need to configure with my Mac?

My OS is Ventura 13.2.1 if that means anything.

@user_db4571 - Thank you for the detailed message about setting up Port Forwarding using your MacBook Air and the Xfinity app. Using the Xfinity app allows complete control and customization of your Xfinity account. Supported mobile operating systems include iOS 14 or later. (Note Android 7.1 of later, Windows and Amazon phones aren't supported). Is there an update avialble on your Mac, or another iOS device you can test to see if it helps?

@XfinityThomasA seems there was an update available for my MacBook Air, now running Ventura 13.3.1, and was able to get my port open.
