Port Forwarding resulting in non-open ports on non-xfi gateways

I am using a a non-xfi gateway. A netgear c6230 router to be specific. I do not have access to to the xfinity app due to my mobile phone not supporting the newest version of IOS. I am able to login to my router and have forwarded port 10578 for a project with a couple of friends to host a server together for a collaborative project. I am able to connect locally to the server I setup on my home network with no issues, so I know my hardware is working fine on that front. However, when attempting to connect externally my friends and I are not able to connect to my server. I have not had this issue in the past, and have repeated the same steps for port 19132-19140 as well as quite a few others. For some reason this port is proving to be of some issue.

I tried contacting xfinity support and they were not very helpful, giving me links on how to do this with the xfinity app or an xfi gate. Again, I don't have those nor can I have access to them. I have triple checked that the port is forwarded correctly and as far as I can tell it is on my router's end, its pretty easy once you are logged in. Attached is an image of the forwarded port settings. If you have any ideas on how to get this working, it would be appreciated. I have used this tool: https://www.portchecktool.com/ to check my port to see if it is working or not, and so far it has come back null.

Thank you for reaching out to our team here @Cynderblock77. The only options available to set up and adjust port forwarding is through the Xfinity app or the admin tool on your modem. There would not be an option here to troubleshoot port forwarding issues on a customer owned device. Have you also attempted to troubleshoot that issue through the Xfinity.com/myaccount site?

This is the admin tool on my modem, I'm logged into it as the administrator, and have port forwarded the router as can be seen in the screenshot. But if I need to allow the port also on the app then I guess I will never be able to port forward as long as I am an xfinity customer since I can't use the app.

Cynderblock77, have you tried another device like a tablet to navigate the Xfinity app?
