Port Forwarding Problem

Hello. I am trying to port forward for a Virtual Tabletop, but it appears that ever since I reactivated my XFI router my ports have all been closed or are not being connected to the proper device and I am now at a loss on how to resolve this. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could clarify why this has happened and how I can resolve it. 

I have tried a myriad of things but literally any possible solution would be great. All I need is port 30000 open on my host PC. Yes it has been set up via the Xfinity App
