Port Forwarding on Arris G36

I have been trying to port forward on my Arris G36, it does not show up in the app, so I cannot port forward from there. When I set the port forward on the Arris is seems like everything is fine, but there no access to the port from Canyouseeme.org. I get the following message.

Error: I could not see your service on (Ip is hidden for privacy)  on port (30000)
Reason: Connection timed out

I will be running my own virtual table top game and the port MUST be open. Any help would be appreciated.

To set up Xfinity port forwarding, use the Xfinity app, go to the "WiFi" tab, then "View WiFi equipment," and select "Advanced Settings" followed by "Port forwarding". @user_yeffq5

Hey @user_yeffq5! After you set your port forwarding up, have you tried to reboot the modem afterwards and re-run the test to see if that port is now open?
