Port forwarding not working

so just like a good number of people online I am trying to run a game server through the port forwarding system, I have tried everything on the internet.
Turn off advanced security

Start DMZ

Create port forward

Allow firewall access

Make sure I'm using the right IP

nothing seems to work, the server works locally but no one outside my Network can see the server or connect to it.

I've seen people occasionally get it to work but I can't figure out how, looking for anyone who has figured out a way past all these new things that made it so much harder to port forward.

I wish the old admin page worked, I knew how to use that thing.
