Port Forwarding Issue

I need to forward an incoming port to my home computer so I can access it remotely, but the device doesn't show up.  Is there a way to configure forwarding via ip address rather than just the device list in mobile app?

I can see the device was seen in the list of devices when I use the local modem web interface, but connection says "unknown"

the device in question currently gets internet and is clearly connected.

any assistance would be appreciated.

Hey, @ellio_go! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with trying to get a port forward to your device. By chance do you have a reserved IP address for the device in question? If so, this could be causing the issue as port forwarding would bond to the MAC address of the device once it is forwarded in the app.
