Port forwarding failure
When i attempted to set up a Minecraft port forward it registered it but didn’t pop it up in the port forwarding section and won’t let me create another for the same device so i am stuck until i get any service the ai bot doesn’t help with this problem

Greetings, @Adispleasedgent! You are at the right place for further help with the port forward. I understand you set it up but now don't see it listed and can't delete it to set up a new one. We are glad to further help.
1. Ensure the device that you are setting up the port to is connected and turned on while you are trying to view the port.
2. Please close the Xfinity app and relaunch it to see if the drop down list refreshes.
3. When you set up the port forward did you set it as a static IP or through the Gateway Admin page at 10.0.0.1?
4. Is your device using an IPv4 address, not an IPv6 address to connect to the network?
