Port Forwarding Broke
Hello, I currently have an XB7 modem/router that I had set-up port forwarding on, and it was working correctly. However, at this point, maybe due to a software update, port forwarding no longer works. Whenever I try to set it up now I get a "Were having problems, try again later." This is on my desktop PC using an ethernet connection. I have re-set the modem/router and still doesn't work. In addition to my PC, I tried it on my cell using the Xfi app and the results are the same. Thank you.

Hi, @Len5. Thank you for reaching out to our forums! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with port forwarding. I recommend unplugging the modem from the power source for 30 seconds then plugging it back in then following the steps on these links: https://comca.st/3xJWTDR and https://comca.st/3rFrL4x.
