Port forward not working

I added port forwarding entries via the App and it doesn't work. I  enabled the DMZ and it doesn't work. Looks like my changes are not being applied to the router xF3. I have old port forwarding entry which I created via the web interface and that works. Is there a way to verify that the changes took place? What is blocking the port forwarding? I have disabled the Advanced Security and even I disabled the Firewalls for IPv4 and IPv6. When I enable the remote management I can access the router.

I have verified with the steps and all changes look OK but port forwarding still doesn't work. Looks to me that they are not being applied to the router.
