Port forward for ports 443 and 80 not working

I am trying to port forward ports 80 and 443 and it is not working.

I am already forwarding port 25565 and it is working fine.

Are you receiving any error messages?

Are you following the steps listed in the link to set it up?

Are you setting this up using the app or the website?

Hello,

I am not receiving any error messages.

I followed the link exactly.

I am doing it using the app, as, unfortunately, there is no way for me to do it via the 10.0.0.1 website.

Advanced security is turned off.

I already removed the port forward and added it again.

I already restarted my modem.

I already factory reset my modem.

I am using the modem provided by Xfinity (XB3).

@user_44a89b, I appreciate the details and trying the app as your go to, that is usually the fastest and easiest way to get your port forward set up. What type of device are you selecting to set up the port forward? Do you know if it's using an IPv6 address?
