Port Forward for NordicTrack iFit - Need UDP Port 4348 opened
I purchased a NordicTrack with an iFit device (it's based on an Android Tablet). It will NOT connect to my xFi Advanced Gateway (XB6) via Wifi
According to iFit I need UDP Port 4348 opened. The XFi App allows for opening ports; however, my iFit device won't connect to my Network without the Port Open - so stuck in the middle.
I've heard of installing another router and putting the XFi in Bridge mode - this seems complicated to me.
Any other options? Xfinity support has been of no help on this issue. Hoping this forum works.
Thanks,

@user_504f13 Hello, and thank you for reaching out about this connection issue via our Xfinity Forums. I have been looking into getting a Nordic Track myself but have not made the leap just yet. The following link can help with all things port forwards: https://comca.st/3HM9sjn For quick reference please check out the following and let me know how it goes.
How to Add a Port Forward with an xFi Gateway
Note: If you've previously set up a port forward from your Gateway's Admin Tool (https://comca.st/3MvNp3q), you should see it listed in the Port Forwarding Settings.
Note: If you don't see the device listed, it may not be connected to your home network.
Note: If you're unsure which port settings to choose, reference the device manual or the application you're trying to use. Opening unnecessary ports isn't recommended, as it may pose a security risk.
