Poor upload speed, 1/3 of what I am paying for
Paying for top tier Gig speed connection, getting +/- 5Mbps uploads.
This is also the upload speed reported by the xFi app for the router itself, so it's not a wifi or individual device issue.
Comcast support has not been helpful at all. All they want to do is reset the router, which, obviously, has been done repeatedly.
I have to upload video files daily working from home, and there is no viable option other than Comast in my area, so this is killing me.

Another poster had a similar problem, he uninstalled his network card in the device manager, rebooted and it reinstalled the card and all was fixed

All my devices, phone, laptops, desktop workstation, etc. all report poor upload speed. As I said, so does the Comcast gateway itself. There's nothing I can do on one of my devices to fix the situation.
