Poor tech support

Is anyone else having poor technical support by Xfinity? My internet service has been poor and trying to get someone out to look at it is almost impossible. Hour log waits on the phon and the endless restting of routers is getting old. 


I currently pay for a 600mb service and get 12mb. Router company says it is the input signal and I cant get anyone out to look at it. 


I guess its time to go with ATT.
