Poor service in general

I’ve been with Xfinity for over 3 years && for the most part they was ok. So boom I had a payment arrangement set for the first. On the 30th of September Xfinity tried to take 403 [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"]dollars out my account when my bill was only 169. That raised a red flag so I decided to call them. After talking to 5 different people on the 30th to see what was going on, I then made sure that my bill was only 169 and the fact it’s paid my services will not be disconnected. They told me yes. Now here it is October 1 my household wakes up and we have no internet. Now I’m livid because I talked to 5 different people on the 40th and all 5 told me my account was ok. So I call them again and this time I talked to 10 different people 10! Keep up now && it’s crazy cause I can name now all 15 ppl I talked to. But as I spoke with these ppl they told me my services was disconnected because my payment was processed and once its post my services will start back up. Well that was a lie. Then I checked the app and they were asking for more than the 169 I was suppose to pay. I ask them what that was all about and they tell me that my payment arrangement was set for 10-15-26 but since I paid my bill “early” it broke the arrangement and now I have to pay it all. Me being the customer I informed these ppl that the info they had wasn’t accurate and that I had emails and everything else from them to confirm what I’m saying. They were beyond rude && to say Xfinity values their customers is a front. Nobody cared I had emails/ a paper trail to back me it was either pay the extra and it stays off. Then I was told that since my payment was in the middle of processing she would as the manager to override it . She never spoke with a manager but told me she did. Now I’ve been on the phone with them for 3 days. Sept.30th , Oct. 1st and Oct.2nd still no internet and now Xfinity has gotten 242 up out me. Oct.3rd comes around and I guess yu can say I finally found someone smart after 4 hours we finally got some type of service… so I thought. Which brings up to today. Why is it October 4th and I have no internet. I calls these ppl again. Now I’m being told it’s a problem with the connection and that a technician needs to come out. Now why these ppl tell me the earliest is gonna be on the 10th. Out of 10 days im only gonna be done had service for 6 hours.!!! Like be fr then I ask the man how are yall gonna accommodate me for being without. This man said I can offer yu a 15 dollar credit. 15 dollars for being without WiFi for 10 days! I pay these ppl over 240 and to accommodate me I was only offered 15 dollars. Do better Xfinity I will be looking for a better internet service provider.
