Poor performance continues after tech visit and new modem

I had a docsis 3.0 modem until about a week ago. It was seeing speeds around 250 down most of the time; I have a 1 Gbs plan. A comcast tech came and told me that the line was great and the only issue was that I had a 3.0 modem; recommended a docsis 3.1.

I bought an arris G34 docsis 3.1 modem and have it configured as the internet modem; the prior modem is doing duty on the telephony side. Right now I am testing it's speeds via a cat 6 cable plugged directly into the new modem.

The the old modem I had one 600 mbs on speedtest.net; but common down was 250 or so. The new modem has shown 944 once; but most of the time it's still terrible, 70, 134,270 download. Upstream is usually 42 with either modem. I'm using the speedtest.net windows application.

I'm posting some signal info; I don't know how to interpret but apparently it's not good.

Hmm guess I can't post an image here?

The last time I looked at this data there were only three upstream channels listed; one of those was locked.

@msimsam  Thank you for this information. We can definitely help with your speed concerns. Are there any further troubleshooting steps you've already taken?

@XfinityShan

Everything has been restarted multiple times of course. At activation time, several techs took a substantial amount of time to get things lined up. And a few weeks ago a tech was on site, as I noted.

this site just ate a long post I made about an unsuccessful visit by a comcast tech. I can't recompose all of that.

performance is worse than before.

This is super frustrating. I need a senior tech to contact me via my cell. Please arrange that.

the tech that visited said he'd have someone check the street hub. Can I be notified when that tech is out there, or at least when they have completed testing/repairs?
