Poor performance at peak hours

For the last 2-3 weeks, our tv will not stream between 6:00-10:00pm with any reliability. It works at all other times, so I suspect it is heavy traffic during peak times causing the problem. However, it’s happening far too often to be reasonable. What can be done to minimize or eliminate this issue?

Could you please run a speed test right now through XFINITY Speed Test and send us a screenshot of the results you receive?

@XfinityNatalie​ here is a pic of the speed test while th tv is struggling tonight. As I mentioned, the tv works fine every other part of the day - it’s just evenings where this happens.
