Poor internet speed
Our internet as been consisently getting worse over the past 6 months. Especially in the evening when it comes to a crawl and makes streaming impossible. The slowdown effects both wired and wireless connections. I have replaced our modem with an Arris S33 and router with a Synology WRX560. And recently upgraded our internet package to 800 Mbps. Below is a graph of our internet speed from the past few days from a wired connection.

I appreciate all the informaiton your have provided it is helpful, and do see our certified modem list has the Arris S33 as a compatible modem for 800MBPS speeds: https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices/#results.
Based on the speed you have, and the compatible equipment I want to investigate the speed/connectivity concern, as you should be having a better connectivity experience than you are.
Do you experience the slow speed connectivity taking the router out of the equation and hardwiring your device directly to the modem?
