Poor internet reliability on bulk account after Xfinity maintenance
Recently, Xfinity in Dillon, Colorado, performed scheduled maintenance over several days at our condo complex, Lake Haus. Ever since, internet service has been degraded, unreliable, slow, and sometimes completely drops out. It appears worse during peak times. I am not the only household with this experience.
I spoke with "generic" tech support (not the bulk account center) and they were unhelpful. Nothing has changed with my equipment and I have reset my gateway/modem several times.
I'm attaching two different analytics showing the kind of packet loss I'm seeing, even when speeds are relatively normal. I can connect using my Verizon mobile hotspot and I see ZERO packet loss.
PLEASE get a crew back out to the condo complex to fix this problem ASAP.
