Poor interent connection

When my modem was installed it worked great.  Now I can't connect to wifi unless i am within 15 feet of it.

user_2fzuy6, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. A good place to start is using the Xfinity app to troubleshoot your modem. You can see if there are any service issues in your area and test your connection in the home. Give it a try and let me know how things look. We can run through a few things with you as well.
