Poor Connection
Trying to open a Ticket with no success:
My customer-owned CAX30 has downstream OFDM power at +13.1 dBmV and upstream SC-QAM transmit power between 51.3 and 52.3 dBmV.
The modem is flagging the downstream power level as poor. Please check the drop and signal levels at the demarcation point

I am sorry to hear about the frustrating intermittent connection issues, @user_vj8h1t. We will need access to your account so we can check signal levels.
Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click "Direct Message"
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it. See the link below for an example
