Poor Connection: Status Poor

I've been having internet issue for some time now and finally getting around to do something about it. My cable drops connection and my on-line video service, Paramount, AppleTV etc....lags, voice drops and video just freezes, this connected by wired cable, coax. I also have issues with WIFI, poor signal strength and the signal just drops for about 20 seconds. From my laptop, I ran my modem admin screen http://192.168.100.1 , I have my own modem Netgear Nighthawk CM2000 and router TP Link Mesh System Deco EX75, from my modem utility screen I receive a message saying, Poor Connection: Status Poor cable connection. I replaced the cable from the modem to the union and replaced the union and still have the same issue.  Since I cannot attach a file with this post, I will copy and past the error cable report. I need help with this issue. I believe the cable running to my house is faulty. I've ran the basic troubleshooting steps Xfinity, resetting the modem, unplugging the router, having Xfinity run a test saying the signal to the house is fine, but apparently it's not. Please help.
