Pods Consistently Disconnecting
Hey, I have recently been having extensive issues with my Pods. I currently use 6 pods to create a Mesh Network for my household. I continue to have issues where at random points in time, all 6 pods randomly disconnect. This normally happens 3-5 times a day and has only started happening around 3 weeks ago. We even decided to upgrade our internet recently and for what we are paying, this just isn’t reasonable. I have tried troubleshooting in any way I know how. Restarting the router both via the app and manually. Unplugging all Pods to restart them. I have tried everything I can think of, hopefully there is a relatively easy solution but I haven’t found it yet.

Been experiencing same xfi pod disconnecting multiple times a day. I thought I narrowed down the issue to one bad pod by trial and error. I had somewhat good luck with a single pod and router. I have a 2 story home, 1700sq ft. Router is upstairs on one end of home and pod on the opposite end of home. Side note: Router unfortunately isn't in center of home. If it was, I don't think I'd need a pod. Anyway, I noticed no issues when with bandwidth if connected to router. Speeds range from 400-300Mbps. If connected to pod, speeds range from 120 down to 20Mbps. Such as drastic difference between router and pod. I'm good with what I use internet for however the daily disconnects from pod are frustrating. Had the pods for 2 years. They do feel somewhat HOT. Maybe they shut down? Whatever the issue is, Comcast needs to fix it or provide replacement hardware for free even if its not their own. Hoping they care enough to read the many reports and take care of their customers.
