Pods are online and connected devices cannot reach the Internet.
I have two pods that have been working well for several months. Last week, we noticed that devices connected to these pods cannot reach the Internet. These pods are online and connected to the gateway. My devices show connected to the pods. The wi-fi status on these devices shows connected to my wi-fi network but indicate they cannot reach the Internet. Nothing has changed in my house that would stop the pods from functioning.
I've restarted the gateway, removed the pods, re-added the pods in the same and different locations. I've made sure the pods are connected to the gateway and not another pod. However, devices connected to these pods cannot reach the Internet.
Has anybody else experienced this problem? Any thoughts about how to correct this issue?
