I ordered a pod as my WiFi signal is weak on my second floor. Tried the simple setup ,but it would not connect the pod to my account. After an hour on the phone with support and no luck, I returned and they sent me another. ( after another 3 week wait). It's now 6 weeks into this and this one is doing the exact same thing. Can't connect to my account. I have tried 3 different locations, but no results. Help!
