Pod toggles between online and offline and LED flashes

Hello,  

One of my three new Pods is going between offline and online every few minutes. 

• I can see this in the status at xfinity.com/network. 
• The LED on this same Pod is also flashing on and off at a slow rate. (e.g. it will slowly shut off, then come back on, then repeat the process). 
• It is clearly location dependent, as I swapped Pods and it continues to happen at the same location. 
• The location is the one which is hard wired to the modem.
