PLEASE STOP LYING AND JUST CANCEL MY SERVICE

I'm extremely disappointed by how Xfinity handles service cancellations. I called and the customer support told me my service will disconnect as of 5/28/2026, but I still got charged. I see many people experiencing the same things. What is going on???????? CAN YOU PLEASE JUST CANCEL THE SERVICE AND DELETE MY ACCOUNT PLEASE???
