Please help random disconnects
Can anyone tell me what this means I get random disconnects

Hey, @user_33e4ac! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear that you are having issues with your internet connection. We know how important is it to have a reliable connection. From what you posted it looks like the modem (assuming it's still on the 10.0.0.1 address) is trying to map a port number of 9308 to an IP address of 10.0.0.180. Did you recently set up a port forward? Having a look into the signal to the modem, everything looks to be within specification. When you notice the random disconnect, does it happen over a wired connection or wireless?
